Agriculture

Good morning to my teachers and friends present here. Today, I would like to talk about the topic of agriculture. The Pakistani economy, as well as those of many other nations, is based largely on the agricultural sector. It has been used in our nation for countless years. Over time, it has seen significant development. Nowadays, in this contemporary period, virtually all of the conventional farming practices have been replaced by the use of new technology and equipment. This agricultural progress helped the other sectors of the economy as well as its own to grow.

Pakistan is heavily dependent on agriculture. Despite the fact that people have been practicing agriculture for thousands of years, it was long underdeveloped. But we are making every effort. In the years following our independence, we imported food grains to meet our needs. However, during the green revolution, we grew independently and began selling our surplus to other nations.

For the cultivation of food grains, we used to be totally dependent on the monsoon, but today we have built dams, canals, tube wells, and pump sets. Additionally, compared to earlier times, we now have a wider selection of seeds, insecticides, and fertilizers, all of which allow us to grow more food.

Thus, to conclude I would like to mention that we are the largest exporter of several food grains after the green revolution strengthened our agriculture sector more than that of many other nations. Thank you.

Afforestation And Its Impact

Good morning to my teachers and friends present here. Today, I would like to talk about the topic of afforestation and its impact. Planting trees is what is meant by afforestation. In our nation, trees have been hacked down carelessly for fuel, household needs, etc. We required more land for industrial zones, railroads, roads, and farmland; thus, we are increasingly felling more trees. As a result, pollution affected us. For the benefit of trees, our nation’s government created the Forest Preservation Act in 1980.

Our existence depends greatly on trees. They also provide us with medicines, cool shade to rest under, and fruits to eat. All living creatures use up oxygen, which is replaced by trees. They remove contaminants from our atmosphere. The trees are our allies. As a result, we cannot ever cut down trees. However, we ought to plant as many trees as we can.

Due to a decline in deforestation in certain nations and increases in forest area in other nations as a result of afforestation and the natural extension of forests, the rate of net forest loss significantly decreased throughout the 1990-2020 period. Thank you.

Animal Testing

Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be talking about the topic of animal testing.

In layman's terms, animal testing refers to experimenting with scientific procedures on animals. Millions of animals are subjected to cruelty for the sake of not just scientific breakthroughs but also for human trivialities. Common animals that are used for this purpose are small animals such as rats and mice.

Animals are tested for the purpose of making medicines and vaccines, cosmetics such as beauty products, soaps, shampoos, and conditioners.

Pakistan, by far, is extremely progressive in this aspect. Testing animals for cosmetics and soaps is prohibited.

Thus, animal testing should be banned in all countries and the rights of animals should be preserved. It ought to be concerned morally, ethically, and legally.

Thank you!

Animal Rights

A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I'm going to be talking about animal rights.

We often forget that animals are also fellow lives that deserve basic rights. Instead, we treat them as commodities that are created for our usage alone. From breeding animals for the sole purpose of killing them and consuming them to using them for cosmetics or other science experiments to animal fights, we outrageously mistreat animals!

It is important for humans to protect animals and not exploit them for our benefit. Basic animal rights, such as their right to not be tested, treated ill, or used for the purpose of "entertainment" ought to be preserved.

The Prevention of Animal Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 works actively towards the protection of animal rights. Together with that, we must all act thus and protect the rights of animals.

Thank you!

Believe In Yourself

A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I'll be giving a speech on the topic "believe in yourself".

To believe in one's own self is very important in life. It is even more important than having goals in life as you need faith in yourself to fulfill them. More so,  if you do not believe in yourself, then who will?

Self-doubt and self-depreciation should have no place in one's life. For they not only decrease one's overall morale but also leads one to spiral into depression.

Never pay heed to your obstacles. Never pay heed to taunts and mockery. Have faith in yourself and what you strive to achieve. That combined with hard work and dedication will surely bear fruit and bring forth success.

Thank you!

14th August Independence Day

A very good morning to one and all present. Today, I'll be talking about the 14th August Independence day.

What is special about this day? Independence day of which country? Why, this is the Independence day of Pakistan.

On this eventful day, Pakistan was declared to be an independent country with the efforts of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, its first governor-general. For the first time, it was recognized as a separate country after its long struggle.

Pakistanis celebrate this day as the day they got a land to call their own, where Muslims could practice their religion freely. This day bears witness to proud Pakistanis with their white flags held high.

Happy Pakistan Independence Day!

Thank you.

The Aim Of Education

The Excellencies, my esteemed teachers, and my dear friends, good morning. On this wonderful occasion, I would want to address the aim of education in front of you. To every one of us, education is very important. Our parents force us to learn a lot of things at home before enrolling us in school when we reach the age of three. The first place we receive an education is at home, where we acquire manners and other qualities that are essential for success in the real world.

Through formal education, we acquire knowledge and hone our moral, mental, and physical faculties. One loses all of life’s educational gains if not given a solid education. Success in both personal and professional life can only be attained via education. We receive a variety of knowledge and skills from education. It is a constant, steady, and safe learning process that aids in knowledge acquisition. It is a never-ending process that begins with our birth and concludes with the passing of each of us.

We should develop the habit of always learning from our professors, parents, relatives, friends, and other important people in our lives. We acquire the skills necessary to live successfully in our homes, communities, and social circles. Education and school attendance are incredibly important for everyone and are required for those who wish to succeed.

In addition to enabling us to learn about history, science, arithmetic, geography, and other topics, education also develops our mental agility and teaches us how to navigate difficult situations.

Blood

A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I'll be giving a speech on the topic of "blood".

What is blood? Blood is the bodily fluid that is crucial for human existence without which we humans or any blood-filled organism for that matter, would not survive. It is made up of red blood cells, white blood cells, plasma, and platelets. There are a lot of types of blood, such as O+ve, AB-ve, etc.

Blood has various functions. It transmits oxygen and other vital nutrients to various parts of the body. It fights infections and also helps in the disposal of waste emitted by the body. It also maintains the body temperature and keeps our body warm.

Even a small loss of blood instantly affects the body, starting with a bout of dizziness. Knowing the importance of blood, let us donate blood and help save lives.

Thank you!
