Morning Walk
Good morning! Respected Principal, teachers and my dear companions. I stand before you to speak on the topic of morning walk.
A morning walk is very important for a healthy life. Thirty minutes of morning walk before starting our busy schedule will not only make us healthy but also will keep our mind fresh and active for the whole day.
A morning walk is a good exercise. One can lose some weight by going on a morning walk regularly. It not only keeps us fit but also cures many diseases like blood pressure, stress, obesity, and diabetes. It is also good for our mental health as it cures anxiety and stress.
Besides health, it also refreshes the mind of the person with fresh air, beautiful views, greenery, beautiful flowers all around and the chirping of birds. Community grounds and society parks are the best places for a morning walk. It brings individuals closer to nature. As it is rightly said, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise".
Morning walks also make people social. One can interact with other people during morning walks, meeting and greeting people every day, later turns into friendship.
People should try to avoid morning walk empty stomachs, one should have a light snack because our body is at fasting the whole night. So it is always better to add little fuel to our body. One should have fruits or a handful of nuts or a cup of milk before the morning walk. Small and healthy pre-workout meals are very important for good health. Because walking is a kind of workout only.
As children have to go to school every day so they can’t go for a morning walk every day, but they should accompany their parents on weekends. This will help them to grow better.
All in all, a morning walk is beneficial for all. One should never miss it. For all those who can’t do other activities such as weight training, running, jumping and jogging, the morning walk is the best substitute for it. Even elderly people can do this.

Good morning! Respected Principal, teachers and my dear companions, today I stand before you to speak on the topic of nature.
We all are dependent on nature for all our needs such as food, oxygen, air, natural resources and most importantly it provides us a place where we live.
Nature and its resources are very important for human beings yet we do not use it judiciously. One should conserve resources and do not destroy or exploit them by using it in the wrong way.
Releasing harmful gases in air and chemicals in water by factories not only harms the environment but also affects the natural resources of water and species which live in it. Cutting down trees and destroying mountains for the development of society, is adding fuel to the fire.
Nature is something that surrounds us. Reduce, reuse and recycle are the 3 best ways to conserve natural resources provided by nature. Our natural environment is something priceless and cannot be recreated so we must save for our future generation. Nature is not something that belongs to one, it is something that belongs to all, so every individual must take care of it. And one should never forget how much we depend on nature.
Understanding the importance of nature can help us to help nature. We as students should come together and should plant more trees instead of cutting it. We should also save water and don’t wastewater. More awareness should be spread among the people through rallies, posters, and placards.
So, my dear friends, we should all learn to love nature and protect it with all our hearts and make it worth living.

Mobile Phone
Good Morning everyone, Today I am going to share my views on the topic of “Mobile phone”.
A mobile phone makes our lives easier. It is used for work, business purposes, attending online classes, entertainment, or just talking with friends and family members. Modern smartphones have many useful features.
Mobile phones are also a cause of spoiling the lives of teenagers. Teenagers are using it for multiple purposes. More use of mobile phones become a cause of distortion of their study.
It Could both be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on how it is used by the prospective user. It should be used only when needed. When it is used beyond a certain limit or for a totally different purpose for which it intended to, it is definitely a disadvantage.
Millennial Generation
Good Morning everyone, Today I am going to share my views on the topic of “Millennial generation”.
Millennials are a demographic cohort or age group, also known as Generation Y. They're called millennials because they became adults around the time of the millennium.
The millennial generation are shaping the world of work through their career ambitions, attitudes about the workplace, and knowledge of new technologies.
Media and Networking
Good morning everyone, Today I am going to share my views on the topic “Media and networking”.
The term "media and networking" are used interchangeably. There is also a difference between the two terms. Media refers to a communication platform where individuals can use it to broadcast information. Networking is a platform where people can communicate with each other. The combination of the two terms creates social networking.
