Conservation of Water

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Save Water.

Seventy-one percent of the earth is covered by water. It is one of the most essential things that allows life on planet earth. Without water, earth would just be a barren lifeless planet. However, humans have taken this invaluable resource for granted- wasting and polluting water and making it unfit for consumption.

With the rise of industrialization and urbanization, the quality of water has deteriorated rapidly. Pollution and carelessness have both led to this dire situation. If we do not take proper care of our water resources, it will ultimately lead to the end of the human race, since water is a basic necessity for survival.

Therefore, "save water" is a motto that all of us must always remember! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

Nature and It’s Beauty

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Nature.

All the beautiful things on planet earth- plants, animals, birds, mountains and rivers- are part of nature. The gifts of nature are indeed uncountable. It provides us with shelter, resources and much more. The beauty of nature fills our hearts with joy and peace. And most important of all, nature is what supports life. Forests give us air to breathe, while rivers and lakes give us water to drink. Nature keeps the cycle of life going on.

However, in recent years, the exploitation of nature by humans has led to dire consequences. Deforestation and pollution have adversely affected nature, creating a deep wound that will take many years to heal. Thus, we must try our best to protect nature from further harm.

To conclude, it is our responsibility to protect the beauty of nature, and we must never forget it! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

Books

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Books.

Books are an infinite source of knowledge and wisdom. Reading books helps us learn about the world around us. Books also teach us essential human values such as kindness, empathy, truthfulness, discipline and more. They help us improve ourselves so we can become full fledged individuals who contribute towards the progress of our society. Books also bring great joy to us, filling us with a sense of awe and wonder.

Everyone should be encouraged to read books, especially children. Reading books is a habit that has no demerits. The numerous benefits of reading books have been felt by every generation. So, it is no surprise that so many books have been written over the centuries.

To conclude, I would like to encourage everyone to read books! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

All that Glitters is not Gold

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- All that Glitters is not Gold.

We often come across the phrase "All that glitters is not gold." It means that the outward appearance of something does not signify what it actually is, just like every object that glitters is not precious gold. Thus, we must always be careful to not judge things or people by their external appearance.

Taking things at surface value is deceptive since it blinds us to their true nature. Another phrase closely associated with the aforementioned one is "Do not judge a book by its cover." Similarly, this too warns us against taking things at face value.

To conclude, we must always be careful of such deceptive appearances. Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

Importance of Sports and Games

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Sports and Games.

Sports and games are an essential part of human life. They have always played an important role in human society. People all over the world play and enjoy different kinds of sports and games such as cricket, football, tennis, basketball, chess and more. Games include both indoor and outdoor games. Sports and games help us lead a healthy life by keeping us fit. They also foster values such as teamwork and discipline.

Engaging in sports and games brings great joy and excitement to all human beings, whether they are children or adults. Participation in sports must be encouraged for all age groups, since the enthusiasm and confidence it brings to people can rarely be found in anything else. Even watching sports is a great delight.

To conclude, we must encourage everyone to participate in sports and play games! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

Mother

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Mother.

Our mother is the most important figure in our lives. Her unconditional love for her children cannot be compared to anything. She helps us grow from children to adults, teaching us all kinds of human values and showering us with love.

Mothers understand their children more than anyone else. They understand our needs and dreams and do their best to support us, often sacrificing their own happiness in the process. We must always be grateful to our mothers for everything that they do for us. We should not forget to love them back and support them too.

To conclude, always treasure your mother's love, because it is the greatest thing in the universe! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

Best Friend

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Best Friend.

Friends are our greatest treasure in life. Among them, we call the person closest to us our best friend. Our best friend is someone we can share everything with. They always support us and stay by our side, through both good and bad times. They also help us improve ourselves as individuals.

The bond between best friends is indeed unbreakable. They love and care for each other more than anything. Best friends bring the greatest joy to us. They share our jokes and are always ready to help us. The memories that we share with our best friend are the most amazing memories of our life.

To conclude, I hope we all find our best friends and make beautiful memories with them! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.

What is Global Warming

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends. A wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Global Warming.

Global warming is the gradual increase in the earth's temperature. Global Warming has rapidly increased in the last hundred years due to industrialization and urbanization. Industries burn tons of fossil fuel, which leads to the release of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane. Greenhouse gases are the chief cause of global warming because they trap the sun's heat and make the planet hotter. The cutting down of trees is also a leading reason for global warming.

The climate change that accompanies global warming has adverse effects on the planet, destroying the delicate balance of nature and harming all living creatures. Environmental disasters are a direct consequence of global warming. While rising temperatures lead to droughts and irregular rainfall, the melting of icebergs and glaciers result in severe floods. All these disasters ultimately harm the environment and human life.

To conclude, we must actively work to prevent global warming. Raising awareness about this manmade catastrophe and taking steps to stop it are essential. Only then can we save our beautiful planet and preserve it for future generations. Thank you for listening to me so attentively.
